About
Kybba is one of the founding figures behind the Basshall Movement, a scene he helped build around a sound that weaves dancehall, Caribbean and Latin influences together with the music of islands like Martinique and Guadeloupe. Based in Amsterdam, he works across dancehall, shatta and moombahton, and the mix gives his output a distinctly warm, tropical feel that sits apart from most of what comes out of the Netherlands.
