About
Also known as: Lil Kleine
Few Dutch rap debuts have landed quite like Lil' Kleine's. The Amsterdam rapper, known offstage as Jorik Scholten, broke records with his 2016 debut album Wop!, which not only hit number one but placed all eleven of its tracks in the top 35 of the Single Top 100 simultaneously. It also became the most streamed new album in Dutch Spotify history at the time, overtaking Justin Bieber's Purpose in a single day. His collab with Ronnie Flex, the double platinum single Drank & Drugs, had already set the tone, winning the 3FM Award for Best Single in 2016. His follow up album Alleen repeated the trick in 2017, with all eleven tracks landing in Spotify's Netherlands Top 25. By early 2026, Scholten had racked up seventeen number one singles in the Dutch Single Top 100, including recent hits Lekker voor je, Lijntje and Maak me nou niet gek. His 2026 studio album F*ck Kleine debuted at number one on the Dutch Album Top 100, giving him five chart toppers in the space of about six months.
