About
Loes Luca is a Dutch actress, singer and comedian who brings a sharp sense of humour and genuine warmth to everything she does on stage. She performs a concert programme built around Dutch classics, drawing on the repertoires of artists like Adèle Bloemendaal, Jasperina de Jong and Corrie Brokken, with songs including Het Vingerlied, De Rosse Buurt and Iwan (de messenwerper). She has worked with the 12 piece orchestra The Ramblers, led by trumpeter and composer Loet van der Lee, mixing swing classics with storytelling and nostalgia. She also fronts a Christmas sing along concert inspired by the legendary events at London's Royal Albert Hall, stepping up as frontwoman of the band with support from Nénette et les Zézettes and musicians from Club Classique. Whether swinging through jazz standards or leading a room in a festive chorus, Luca keeps audiences thoroughly entertained.
