Seoul boy band LUN8 carries a name that translates to "eight boys embracing the moonlight that brightens the dark night," which sets the tone for their whole aesthetic pretty well. Formed by Fantagio and debuting in June 2023 with the EP Continue? and its lead singles "Voyager" and "Wild Heart," they became the label's first boy group since Astro back in 2016. Seven members currently make up the lineup: Yuma, Chael, Jinsu, Takuma, Junwoo, Dohyun, and Ian, with Ian being recognizable to K pop fans as a former I Land contestant. They've kept a steady pace since debut, dropping the EP Buff in early 2024, then Awakening later that year, while also expanding into Japan with the single "Evergreen." A sub unit called Lun8wave gave a slice of the group its own spotlight with the single "Playground." More recently they released the single album Butterfly and their first Japanese studio album Elevation, showing no signs of slowing down.
