Eight members, one sharp debut: 8TURN launched onto the K pop scene in January 2023 under MNH Entertainment with their first EP 8Turnrise, and the group hit the ground running. The Seoul based boy band brought together some familiar faces, including Jaeyun, who had previously competed on the survival shows Boys24 and Mix Nine before finding his footing as the group's leader here. By mid 2023 they were back with their second EP Uncharted Drift, led by the title track "Excel". With eight members, stylized all caps branding, and a label willing to push them quickly, 8TURN are building a catalogue at a solid pace and carving out their corner of the K pop world.
