About
Michael Prins is a Dutch singer songwriter from Molenwaard who broke through in 2013 with the single Close To You. From the start it was clear this was someone making music out of genuine necessity rather than ambition, and that seriousness runs through everything he releases. He has three albums to his name, the third being It's Murder, Guilty On Killing Sweet Emotion from 2017. For his fourth album Prins has described the material as fearless and honest, calling it the strongest collection of songs he has made so far. He performs the new work with a full live band backing him up.
