Miley Cyrus

About

Also known as: Ashley O, Destiny Hope Cyrus, Hannah Montana, Miley Ray Cyrus, Miley Ray Hemsworth, マイリー・サイラス

Few artists have pulled off as many reinventions as Miley Cyrus. She went from teen idol on the Disney Channel series Hannah Montana to one of pop's most unpredictable forces, shifting from pop rock to trap and R&B on Bangerz, then veering into psychedelic rock, country, and glam on albums like Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz and Plastic Hearts. Her 2013 single Wrecking Ball gave her her first Billboard Hot 100 number one, but she topped even that with Flowers in 2023, which became the best selling single of that year and took home the Grammy for Record of the Year. Her eighth studio album Endless Summer Vacation arrived via Columbia Records and showed a more polished, self assured side of her sound. Outside music, she has voiced animated films, starred in Black Mirror, and coached on The Voice, making it clear she has never been content doing just one thing. In 2025 she also released the visual album Something Beautiful, adding another chapter to a career that consistently refuses to sit still.
