About
Paris Jackson signed with Republic Records in 2020 and released her debut album Wilted that same year, a record that showcased her blend of pop and alternative pop sounds. Before going solo she had already been making music with guitarist Gabriel Glenn as The Soundflowers, a acoustic duo that played original songs and released a self titled EP in 2020. Her solo material ranges from the delicate single "Let Down" to the Lost EP in 2022, which included a collaboration with Caamp alongside solo tracks. She also plays ukulele, which gives her live performances a pretty intimate feel. More recently she put out "Hit Your Knees" in 2023, keeping the alternative pop thread running through her work. On top of music she has taken on acting roles in American Horror Stories and the film Gringo, but the songwriting side of things seems to be where she keeps putting her energy.
