Sam Tompkins is a British R&B and pop singer songwriter from Eastbourne whose ear for melody has earned him some serious chart traction. His debut EP Who Do You Pray To? landed at number 7 on the UK Albums Chart, and his single Lose It All made it to number 81 on the UK Singles Chart. The collaboration that really turned heads was To the Moon with Jnr Choi, which spent 14 weeks on the UK chart and hit number 1 on both the Billboard Rhythmic and Rap Airplay charts in the US. His debut album Hi, My Name Is Insecure, a 16 track project, dropped in July 2024, giving fans a full length statement after years of singles and EPs. Covers are also part of his output, from The Fray's How To Save A Life to the Beatles' Yesterday, showing a range that stretches well beyond his core pop and soul sound.
