About
She Wants Revenge is a Californian duo that turned post punk and darkwave into a proper radio hit. "Tear You Apart" climbed to No. 6 on Billboard's Alternative Songs chart and has since turned up in Fringe, The Number 23 and American Horror Story. Justin Warfield handles vocals and guitar, while Adam Bravin covers pretty much everything else, from bass to programming. Warfield used to be a rapper, and Bravin spun records as DJ Adam 12. Fred Durst signed them to his Flawless label, and their 2006 self titled debut followed, with Shirley Manson in the video for "These Things" and Joaquin Phoenix directing the one for "Tear You Apart". They toured with Depeche Mode and Placebo, then released This Is Forever and Valleyheart before a hiatus in 2012. A Lady Gaga request for "Tear You Apart" on American Horror Story sparked reunions, and they were back in the studio in 2022.
