About
Also known as: Sickindividuals
Sick Individuals, the Dutch duo of Ray Hofstee and Jim Smeele, carved out their name in the big room and progressive house scene with a string of collaborations that hit the top of the charts. Their production work with Axwell on "I Am" and with Dannic on "Blueprint" both reached number one on Beatport, a solid indicator of where they stand in the electronic music world. Their remix of Icona Pop's "I Love It" became one of their most recognized moments, earning widespread support across the dance music industry. They have also left their mark on tracks by Rihanna, Avicii, Tiësto, David Guetta, and Flo Rida, among plenty of others. More recently, they teamed up with ALDERYN on collaborative releases, and in 2025 put out "Hole In The Head" with Vikkstar, showing they are still very much active.
