Stef Bos is a Dutch language singer songwriter who has built a devoted following across the Netherlands and Belgium with a career spent writing and performing in his native tongue. He tours regularly as a solo act, shaping each evening around requests submitted by the audience, so no two shows follow the same setlist. That kind of trust between artist and crowd says a lot about how his catalogue has grown over the years. Bos has also taken his work in a more orchestral direction through a collaboration with composer and conductor Dirk Brossé, originally commissioned by the Noord Nederlands Orkest. Together they arranged a selection from his back catalogue for full orchestra, and the pairing worked well enough that the two decided to continue working together, this time with Brossé's own ensemble Prima La Musica.
