Since 1995, Grote Kerk has served as the third music venue for Podium Twente in Enschede. The church's nave accommodates 400 guests and hosts chamber music, baroque and early music, choral music, world music, and organ performances in an atmospheric setting. A notable feature is the restored Lambertus van Dam organ, originally built in 1892.
About Het Collectief
Het Collectief is a Brussels ensemble with a sharp focus on the repertoire of the Second Viennese School, the early twentieth century movement in which composers like Schoenberg and Berg dismantled the familiar logic of tonal music and forged something rawer and more expressionistic in its place.
