About
Any Given Day have been flying the flag for German metalcore since forming in Gelsenkirchen in 2012, and they wasted no time making noise. Their debut album My Given Way Home landed in September 2014 and cracked the German album charts at number 28, a solid result for a young band still finding their footing on the road. They toured with heavyweights Caliban and Sonic Syndicate early on, then joined the Ghost Empire Tour alongside Bury Tomorrow and Dream On, Dreamer. The highlight reel includes a team up with Trivium's Matt Heafy on the track "Arise" in 2016, proof that the metalcore world was paying attention. Their third album Overpower followed in 2019 with tracks like "Savior" and "Taking Over Me". Since then the band has kept releasing new material, including the singles Apocalypse, Get That Done and Unbreakable, now with Leon Stiller behind the kit after longtime drummer Raphael Altmann's departure.
