About
Bella Poarch went from TikTok star to full on pop artist, a Filipino American performer whose breakout came with 'Build a B*tch'. It's a sharp, biting pop track about beauty standards and the pressure to live up to what other people expect of you, and it racked up more than 500 million streams. Her debut album, 'Picnic at the Cemetery', is a coming of age story about growing up in the Philippines, relationships and figuring out who you are. Don't expect a heavy confessional, though. She wraps those memories in a fairytale world of hard hitting drums, dark electronics and hooky melodies that manage to sound playful and gloomy at once.
