About
Charlie Cunningham writes the kind of quiet, intricate folk music that rewards repeated listening. The London based English singer songwriter and guitarist released his debut album Lines in 2017 on Swedish label Dumont Dumont, and it won Album of the Year at the Pop Awards 2018. The lead single "Minimum" drew serious critical attention and set him up for tours across Europe and North America. His second album Permanent Way followed in 2019 on BMG, expanding his reach further. Since then he has kept building his catalogue steadily, releasing Frame in 2023 and In Light in 2025, showing a real commitment to his craft without chasing trends. If introspective indie folk with careful guitar work is your thing, Cunningham is well worth your time.
