About
Charlot is a Dutch band built around singer and keyboardist Lotte Mulder, with a lineup that also includes bass, guitar, drums and two more keyboard players. Their debut EP Darker Than the Moon came out in 2022, followed by Under Wishing Stars in 2023, which the band produced largely themselves alongside Tessa Rose Jackson and Darius Timmer. That second EP was launched at a sold out Gebr. De Nobel, which says something about the momentum they had built. Their debut album Lost Like Alice, released in 2024 under their own management, is a concept record inspired chapter by chapter by Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. They played Lowlands and Wilde Weide that summer, and wrapped the year with a club tour and opening slots for Froukje at three shows in AFAS Live.
