About
Fietsband are an Amsterdam ska band with a knack for turning city life into dancefloor fuel. Their songs circle around very relatable urban themes: solo dancing, cycling through the streets, stolen bikes, and the particular annoyance of yuppies taking over the neighbourhood. The music pairs up tempo ska rhythms with playful synthesizers and lyrics that stick around long after the show is over. The result is energetic and seriously hard to stand still to.
