About
Interstate is a five piece rock band dedicated to the music of Stone Temple Pilots. Their sets pull from across the STP catalogue, with songs like Plush, Interstate Love Song and Vasoline sitting alongside plenty of other classics. The band puts a strong emphasis on getting the sound right: layered guitars, powerful vocals and an overall feel that genuinely evokes the grunge and alternative rock era the original records came from. At the same time they bring their own energy to the stage rather than simply running through the motions of a note for note copy.
