About
Bohèm is a Dutch duo formed by Arthur Bont and Bettina Kraaieveld, whose partnership grew out of writing a song together for the Nationaal Songfestival. What started as a one off collaboration turned into something more lasting. They write catchy, melodic songs in both Dutch and English, touching on the full range of human experience, and their sets mix original work with carefully chosen covers given fresh, idiosyncratic arrangements. The music balances depth with humour and a strong sense of connection with whoever is in the room. Their first release was called Wolkentranen.
