About
Moving Pictures is a British power trio dedicated to the music of Rush, and they do it at a level that sets them apart from the rest of the tribute circuit. Their sets dig deep into the catalogue, covering everything from early hard rock through to the more complex progressive material, and they play it all with serious technical precision, including double neck guitars and vintage synths. The full 2112 suite is a centrepiece of their live show, alongside well known classics and carefully chosen deep cuts from across Rush's career. The band has performed at official Rush conventions around the world, and has even played for the family of the late Neil Peart. Their shows run across two sets with a break in between, and there is no support act.
