Manchester rapper Nemzzz first turned heads in late 2021 with 'Elevate', a track that picked up a music video from GRM Daily and set the tone for what was coming. He kept the momentum going with '2MS' and collaborations alongside Stay Flee Get Lizzy and Knucks, building a reputation for slick, assured rap before releasing the EP Nemzzz Type Beat in 2023. His debut mixtape Do Not Disturb arrived in March 2024 and debuted at number 17 on the UK Albums Chart, hitting number one on the UK R&B Albums Chart, with a deluxe edition adding features from Headie One and Lil Yachty among others. The cosign from Drake on '8AM In Manny' underlined the buzz around him, and he has kept up a steady run of releases since. His second mixtape Rent's Due dropped in March 2025 and went straight to number six on the Official UK Albums Chart, again topping the R&B chart. The Central Cee collab 'Dilemma' became his highest charting single to date, landing at number 39 on the UK Singles Chart.
