About
O.R.k. is an international four piece built around an impressive lineup: drummer Pat Mastelotto of King Crimson, bassist Colin Edwin formerly of Porcupine Tree, vocalist and composer Lorenzo Esposito Fornasari, and guitarist Carmelo Pipitone. Their sound pulls together art rock, prog and alternative metal into something dense and intense, full of cinematic tension, driving grooves and emotionally charged vocals. The band has five studio albums to their name, all released on the Kscope label, including Firehose of Falsehoods. Live, they draw from across that whole catalogue, which makes their sets feel like a proper journey rather than a straightforward album showcase. For fans of progressive rock with real edge and ambition, O.R.k. consistently deliver.
