About
South Arcade went viral before most bands even finish their first EP, racking up massive attention on TikTok and Instagram through chaotic, charming videos of their band practices. The Guildford four piece, fronted by Harmony Cavelle, plays a brand of pop punk and alternative rock that critics have compared to Pale Waves, Avril Lavigne, and Bring Me the Horizon, with guitar riffs that nod to the early 2000s and basslines heavy enough to belong in a much darker room. Their 2024 EP 2005 pulls inspiration from nu metal, Britney Spears, Limp Bizkit, and Linkin Park, and landed well with Distorted Sound Magazine. The single 'Danger' crossed one million Spotify streams, and the band has since supported Magnolia Park and Bilmuri across Europe and Australia. In 2025 they signed with Atlantic Records, toured the US, and released 'Drive Myself Home', with their follow up EP Play! set to follow close behind.
