About
The Ultimate Eagles is a tribute band built around one goal: recreating the sound of The Eagles as it rang out of 1970s Southern California. The line up is made up of players with serious résumés elsewhere. Danny Vaughn is known from Waysted and Tyketto, Chris Childs from Thunder, The Union and Paul Young's band, and Christian Philips from Duffy and Sonic Executives. Chris Wright is in the mix too, alongside Ryan Aston of Abbamania and Michael Lawrence of The Commitments. The set leans on the big Eagles hits, played close to the originals. The band has built a strong reputation on the tribute circuit, and its videos have passed 10 million views. They've also toured the Netherlands to sold out rooms.
