Tim Knol is a Dutch singer songwriter from Hoorn whose solo shows are built around just him and a stage full of instruments, a mix of original songs and carefully chosen covers. His work has shifted noticeably over time: where restlessness and anger once drove his music, a quieter, more reflective quality has taken over. That change became the backbone of his show Wanderings, in which he weaves together songs with stories about long walks he took during a significant personal turning point. The music that emerged from that period trades urgency for contemplation, and live it feels genuinely intimate rather than staged.
