Young Miko, born María Victoria Ramírez de Arellano Cardona in Añasco, Puerto Rico, spent years as a tattoo artist before her music career took off, uploading her earliest tracks to SoundCloud in 2018. Her 2022 debut EP Trap Kitty put her Latin trap sound on the map, weaving in references to anime, urban music, and The Powerpuff Girls. By 2023 she was on the Billboard Hot 100 twice: once with the Feid collab "Classy 101" and again with "Fina" from Bad Bunny's album, which peaked at number 14. Her debut album Att., released in April 2024, hit number 9 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums and came with a Coachella performance to match. Her second studio album Do Not Disturb followed in late 2025, with 16 tracks she describes as "Scorpio coded", intense productions meant to reflect the chaos around her.
