Isle of Wight Festival has revealed its first names for the 2027 edition. Robbie Williams, Kings of Leon and Fatboy Slim top the line up of the festival, which takes place on the British island from 17 to 20 June. The edition celebrates a quarter of a century since the event was revived in 2002.

According to IQ Magazine, Robbie Williams is set to headline the main stage on Saturday 18 June, while Kings of Leon close out the weekend on Sunday. The organisers haven't yet confirmed when exactly Fatboy Slim will play. Bastille and 5 Seconds of Summer are also on the poster, along with Inhaler, Kaiser Chiefs and Rudimental on the lower lines of the line up.

For Dutch music fans, the announcement is especially interesting because of Pinkpop. Festileaks points out that many of the acts named have suddenly become contenders for the festival in Landgraaf, which will fill its own program. In recent years Pinkpop has hosted big names like Justin Timberlake in 2025 and The Cure in 2026. According to the Festileaks community, a teaser from the festival may already contain a hint about 5 Seconds of Summer and Bastille.

Robbie Williams can probably be ruled out for Pinkpop, since the British artist recently announced his own show in Groningen. According to Festileaks, Kings of Leon, 5 Seconds of Summer, Bastille and Fatboy Slim have no shows planned in the Netherlands for next year so far, which makes them attractive for a festival booking. Inhaler, Kaiser Chiefs and Rudimental are also in the running.

The uncertainty won't last long: Pinkpop will announce a large part of its own 2027 line up this coming Monday, 26 October. Then we'll find out which of these acts make the trip across to the European mainland.
