About
Joshua Radin built his entire music career almost by accident. He only picked up a guitar a couple of years before his first song, "Winter", ended up on the TV series Scrubs thanks to his friend Zach Braff, and suddenly people were paying attention. His debut album We Were Here landed on Columbia Records in 2006, hit number one on the iTunes Folk Album Chart, and earned a four star review from Rolling Stone, which singled out his "whispery, silver bell voice" and the album's frank, poignant songwriting. His 2008 follow up Simple Times is his biggest record to date, debuting at number one on the iTunes overall chart and sending "I'd Rather Be With You" to number 11 on the UK Singles Chart. He recorded it with producer Rob Schnapf at Sunset Sound in LA, and tracks from it ended up on what felt like every major TV show of that era. Radin has kept a steady output since, releasing ten studio albums in total, the most recent being ONE DAY, HOME in 2025, and along the way he has shared stages with Sheryl Crow, Tori Amos, and Imogen Heap among others.
