Logic1000 makes electronic music that hits somewhere between euphoric club energy and slinky pop, and her debut album Mother, released in 2024 on Because Music, pulled those two worlds together in a way that got Resident Advisor talking about "soaring pop aspirations meet slinky club rollers." The Sydney born, Berlin based producer and DJ built her reputation steadily after Four Tet dropped her music in his Coachella set, which opened doors to remixes for Caribou, Dua Lipa, Don Toliver and Shygirl. She describes her process as collaborative and analogue driven rather than technical, favouring raw recorded ideas over polished studio precision. Beyond the dancefloor, she co hosts a podcast called Therapy with DJ Heléna Star, digging into motherhood and mental health in the music industry, with guests like Jayda G, Aluna and Little Dragon. The conversation continues on a weekly Substack of the same name. In early 2025 she put out her entry in the DJ Kicks mix series, showcasing a softer, more downtempo side of her sound alongside two original tracks.
