About
Picture This are a pop rock four piece from Athy, County Kildare, and they wasted no time making an impression: their very first gig, originally booked for a small Dublin venue, sold out in under 30 minutes and had to be moved to a room holding 850 people. They became the first act to sell out that venue on a debut show. Their self titled EP hit number one on the Irish Albums Chart in 2016, and their debut album followed in 2017, topping the charts again. The band built real momentum from there. Second album Mdrn Lv arrived in 2019, announced with a performance on top of the Empire State Building in New York City, and their third record Life in Colour landed in June 2021, debuting at number two in Ireland. A fourth album, Parked Car Conversations, followed in April 2024. Ryan Hennessy handles vocals alongside drummer Jimmy Rainsford, guitarist Owen Cardiff and bassist Cliff Deane.
