Rozalla's calling card is one of the great euphoric dance tracks of the early nineties. "Everybody's Free (To Feel Good)" hit number 6 on the UK Singles Chart in 1991, cracked the Billboard Top 40, became a top 10 record across Europe, and has been remixed and reissued so many times it feels practically immortal. A Global Deejays version reached number 7 in Australia as late as 2009 after it soundtracked So You Think You Can Dance. Her debut album Everybody's Free went silver in the UK and spun off further hits in "Faith (In the Power of Love)" and "Are You Ready to Fly", while 1992 saw her open every European date on Michael Jackson's Dangerous Tour. She kept busy through the nineties with a more soulful second album, Look No Further, and a third record Coming Home that reunited her with her original production team Band of Gypsies. Billboard ranked her the 98th most successful dance artist of all time in 2016, and she proved that stat still meant something in 2015 when "If You Say It Again" returned her to the top 10 of the Billboard Club Dance charts. Her most recent album, Turn On the Light, arrived in February 2024.
