About
Gareth comes out of Castlederg in Northern Ireland, and his music sits right at the crossroads of traditional country and Irish folk. His cover of Noah Kahan's Stick Season racked up tens of millions of streams and put him on a lot of radars, but his own songwriting is where the real attention has settled, drawing consistently strong reviews. He has signed with BMG, UTA and Virgin Music Group, toured across Canada and the United States, and released his second EP Steal Your Thunder. His album Bluebird marks another step forward for the singer songwriter, whose sound carries the influence of George Jones and Hank Williams Jr. throughout.
