About
The Sheepdogs have been playing feelgood blues rock since 2004, and the Canadian band wears its seventies influences proudly. There are clear echoes of CCR, Crosby Stills and Nash, and The Allman Brothers Band in their sound, which moves easily between full on rock and rich, melodic vocal harmonies. Their album Outta Sight came out in 2022, followed by the double EP Paradise Alone / Hell Together in 2024. The single Nobody But You carries a strong Lynyrd Skynyrd vibe, and their album Keep Out Of The Storm on Right On Records picked up four stars from Alt Country, which praised it for delivering everything a southern rock fan could want.
