That work was originally written for Eugène Ysaÿe, one of the most virtuosic violinists in history, and it demands a soloist who can match both its technical ferocity and its emotional depth. Steinbacher does exactly that. She is known for combining technical precision with a radiant tone and expressive richness that keeps the music alive at every turn. Based in Munich and working in the classical world, she performs at the highest level of the solo violin repertoire.
