Berre Vandenbussche, performing as Berre, built his fanbase almost entirely through TikTok, where his cover of Freya Ridings' "Lost Without You" racked up close to ten million views. That online buzz translated into a real record deal with Universal, and his debut single "Say My Name" dropped in May 2022 to a strong reception, charting at number three on the Ultratop 50 and earning him a gold record within four months of release. The single was also nominated for Zomerhit and picked up an NRJ Music Award nomination for Belgian Discovery of the Year.
