FLO are a London based pop and R&B girl group made up of Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer, signed to Island Records. They announced themselves in 2022 with "Cardboard Box", a debut single that went viral and earned praise from artists like SZA and Victoria Monét, setting the tone for a group that wears classic R&B influence with a very current confidence. Their debut EP The Lead followed almost immediately and was widely called an essential listen. FLO became the first female group to top the BBC Sound of survey and win the Brit Rising Star in the same year. Their debut album Access All Areas arrived in 2024, hit number three on the UK Albums Chart, and picked up a Grammy nomination for Best Progressive R&B Album. It featured a collab with GloRilla on "In My Bag" and a swagger showcasing lead single "Walk Like This". They have since been working with Kaytranada and putting out tracks like "Recently Deleted" and "Leak It".
