Jane Remover, who also goes by dltzk, built a serious reputation fast. Their debut album Frailty landed in 2021 under the dltzk name and hit hard enough that Pitchfork ranked it among the best albums of that year, while The Fader called them the face of digicore. The record pulled from a wide sweep of genres and set a pattern of genre restlessness that has defined everything since. Census Designated in 2023 was a sharp left turn into shoegaze and post rock territory, swapping out the bitcrushed digital textures for guitar driven slow builds and noisy, overwhelming climaxes. Pitchfork compared that sound to Ethel Cain, My Bloody Valentine, and Slowdive. Beyond the main catalog, Jane Remover keeps several side projects running at once. Their Leroy alias essentially created the dariacore microgenre on SoundCloud, and the indie rock project Venturing released the album Ghostholding in 2025. Their third studio album Revengeseekerz arrived in 2025, drawing on digicore and EDM, followed closely by the pop leaning EP Heart.
